Sliding door roller replacement: 60 to 90 minutes ($50 / $190 / $230)In this video I replaced the sliding door rear roller assembly because the back edge of Failure Date: 04/15/2010. The contact owns a 2000 Ford Windstar. The contact was stated that while attempting to open the rear sliding door, it would not budge and remained stuck. The failure occurred intermittently and after time, the door would not open at all. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for repairs. Open the sliding door and locate the bearing near the bottom. Take a rag and wipe out as much dust dirt and debris as you can from the track. Once the track is cleaned out, take the silicone spray and spray the bearings. It helps if you have a straw on the spray can to direct it toward the bearing. Give a short shot of silicone spray onto the ODrXSc9.
